When you press "Send on WhatsApp" or "Send by Email", the form opens your own WhatsApp or email app with a message already filled in. Nothing is sent until you press send in that app.
Some technical information is handled by the services that make the site work:
- Website hosting: the company that hosts this site may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, for security and performance.
- Google Fonts: the site loads its fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when it delivers the font files.

2. What you share with us
When you enquire or book by WhatsApp, phone or email, you may share:

- travel dates, pickup and drop locations, flight or train details and number of travellers
- details of your itinerary, hotels and preferences
- for Arunachal Pradesh trips, the ID details needed for permits, if you ask us to help with them

- to answer your enquiry and send you a quote
- to plan, confirm and run your trip, including sharing your name, pickup details and phone number with your driver
- to help with permits, hotels or activities when you ask us to
- to keep records of bookings and payments, as required by law
We don't sell or rent your information. We don't send marketing messages unless you ask us to keep you updated.
4. Who we share it with
We share your details only as needed to deliver your trip. This means with your driver, and, when you ask us to book them, with hotels, safari or activity operators and permit authorities. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and booking conversations only as long as needed to serve you and to meet accounting and legal requirements. After that we delete them.
6. Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to any records we must keep by law. Contact us on WhatsApp or by email using the buttons on this website.
7. Security
We take reasonable care to protect the information you share with us. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so please share ID documents only when they are needed for a permit or booking.
